After you place your order, our team of passionate cat lovers will get right to work packing your order with love and care. All orders will be scheduled for shipment in 1-2 business days, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12PM PST on Fridays may not be processed for shipping. until the following Monday morning. As soon as your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive an automated shipping notification with tracking.

Order damaged in transit?
In the event that your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please reach out to us at contact@ocimend.com with pictures of the damaged product. As long as you reach out to us within 7 days of the item being delivered, we’ll ship out a replacement for your damaged product free of charge.
